NYU Steinhardt Program in Dance Education presents the 2025 Masters Dance Concert, featuring original choreography by Graduate students in a variety of genres, including a special Uganda Dance and Drum ensemble. Open to all and appropriate for all ages.

"An Encounter" follows Eli, whose Friday night takes an unexpected turn when he rollerblades to a Grindr date, leading to his transformative first queer sexual encounter and causing him to confront his conflicting feelings about relationships and intimacy. It is a dramedy about loneliness, desire, and exploration, and will be shot on beautiful 16mm color film.
